OSS and IOSS Registration and Returns
Report EU-wide B2C distance sales in one return instead of registering in every country.
Since 1 July 2021, sellers whose cross-border B2C sales within the EU pass €10,000 a year must charge VAT at the customer's local rate. The One-Stop-Shop lets you declare all those sales in a single quarterly return.
The Import One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) covers goods in consignments worth up to €150 shipped from outside the EU directly to consumers. OSS does not cover stock held in another country, so many sellers need both OSS and local registrations. We help you choose the right mix.
What is included
- OSS or IOSS registration
- Quarterly OSS returns or monthly IOSS returns
- Rate checks for every EU country you sell to
- Advice on combining OSS with local VAT numbers
Frequently asked questions
Do you support EU VAT registration and OSS?
Yes. We handle OSS registration and returns as well as local VAT registrations in each country where you hold stock.
Does OSS replace local VAT registration?
Not if you store goods in a country. Sales from local stock to local customers are domestic sales and must be reported on a local VAT return.
