VAT Return Filing in the UK and EU
We prepare and file every VAT return on time, using your marketplace reports and invoices.
Each country has its own return format, frequency and deadlines. Missing one can mean penalties and interest, and repeated mistakes can trigger an audit.
We collect your sales and purchase data, reconcile it with marketplace reports such as the Amazon VAT Transactions Report, and our local accountants file the return. You see the amount due before anything is submitted.
What is included
- Data import from marketplace reports and invoices
- Review of tax rates, exemptions and reverse charge
- Filing of periodic and annual returns
- Payment instructions and deadline reminders
- Reclaim of input VAT through your returns
Frequently asked questions
How is VAT paid?
We tell you the amount and deadline for each return. You pay the tax authority directly, so your money never passes through us.
Can you reclaim VAT on my costs?
Yes. Input VAT on eligible purchases and import VAT is deducted in your regular returns. Special refund claims are billed separately.
